Somewhere between school, friends, and everyone’s expectations, it gets loud in your head. You might be anxious, stressed, or unsure where you fit, and it can feel like no one really gets it.
Therapy can be the one place you don’t have to perform. Together we untangle big emotions, build self-worth, and find tools that actually help.
For parents: Your teen might say “I’m fine,” but you can tell something’s heavy. I work with your teen at a pace that feels right for them, and you’re welcome to be part of the process as much or as little as fits.

Hi! I’m Arielle. I’m so glad you found me!
Maybe life looks mostly okay from the outside, but something inside feels a little off. You’re overthinking everything, saying yes when you mean no, putting yourself last, or simply feeling far away from who you are.
I work with women and teens who are doing their best but still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need. For women, that often looks like burnout, anxiety, and people-pleasing. For teens, it’s the big emotions, stress, and pressure that are hard to put into words. Parents, you’re welcome in the process too.
I know what it’s like to be caught between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. I’ve had my own seasons of overthinking, uncertainty, and change, and while that doesn’t make me an expert on your story, it does mean I understand how messy and confusing life can feel. That’s the empathy I bring to my work.
I want therapy to be a place where you can take a breath, let your guard down, and figure things out without anyone telling you who you’re supposed to be. A place to get out of your head and back into your life, with more clarity, connection, and room to be yourself.
Every session is virtual, anywhere in California, in English or Spanish.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety is a smoke alarm that goes off when you’re just making toast. It isn’t a flaw. It’s a brain trying to protect you and overdoing the job. Together, we’ll learn to tell a real alarm from a false one.
Some memories feel like they’re still happening, even when life has moved on. EMDR helps you move through what still weighs on you, without having to relive every detail, so the past can start to feel like the past.
Tired, tense, on edge, or disconnected? Your body may be trying to tell you something. Somatic therapy helps you slow down, tune in, and get out of your head and back into your body, so you can feel safer and more at home in your own skin.
You may not even call it trauma, and that’s okay. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t what happened, but how it still shows up in your anxiety, your relationships, or the way you keep it all together to feel safe. Together, we’ll gently make sense of it, at a pace that feels right for you.
Growing up comes with a lot of pressure. Therapy can be a place where your teen feels heard, builds confidence, and learns tools that help, with you supported along the way.
Sometimes it’s easier to express what you feel in the language you grew up with. I offer therapy in Spanish, in a space that honors your culture, your family, and your story.
Extended 90-minute EMDR sessions are available for clients seeking focused support in processing distressing experiences, trauma, and patterns that continue to impact their lives.

Sliding Scale Availability
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions for clients who may not be able to access my full private pay rate. Sliding scale availability is based on current openings and individual circumstances. Please reach out to explore whether this option may be a fit.
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine if we may be a good fit for working together. This is an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and discuss what you are looking for in therapy.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Currently, I offer virtual therapy sessions only through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Virtual therapy provides a flexible and accessible way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work while creating a comfortable space for reflection and connection.
What is EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-informed therapy approach designed to help people process distressing experiences, memories, and beliefs that may continue to impact their present-day life. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process by helping individuals reconnect with difficult experiences in a way that feels safe, supported, and manageable.
What is somatic therapy?
Somatic therapy explores the connection between your mind and body by paying attention to physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. This approach can help you build greater awareness, regulate stress, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and grounded way.
Do you offer sliding scale options?
Yes. I believe therapy should feel accessible and offer a limited number of sliding scale spots when available. If you are interested in exploring this option, we can discuss availability and whether a reduced fee may be a good fit during your consultation.
¿Ofreces terapia en español?
Sí. Sesiones completas en español, o mezclando inglés y español, según lo que te salga más natural.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
When possible, I will do my best to find another appointment time within the same week to support continuity of care. This policy allows me to protect the time reserved for you while also honoring the commitment I make to each client I work with.
